Job Description

• Complete understanding of Service Operation i.e. technician, supervisor and admin activity. 
• Clear understanding about Standard Operational Procedure, Pink Note, Standard Forms, and other regulations.
• Know and understand about pest identification, especially for uncommon pest; 
• Know and understand about life cycle, classification, morphology, habitat of uncommon pest; 
• Assist and Conduct BPCT, APCT, and Pest Management Training to improve standard of quality; 
• Responsible to provide complete report especially for industrial clients; 
• Doing service treatment based on Rentokil standard; 
• Quality control/Inspection in the field to all PMP's Customer as scheduled based on agreement between customer and Branch.
